Partner plan - FAQ

A regular WebinarGeek account is always tied to one company. This means that if you are a third party, you will need to purchase multiple WebinarGeek accounts for different clients. With the partner program, you have the ability to host webinars for multiple customers under your branding using one account.

Yes you can and we always recommend this if you want to host webinars completely in your customer's branding.

The advantage of the partner program is that you get free RTMP as an add-on to any premium plan. This allows you to host professional, studio-quality webinars at no additional RTMP cost. In addition, as a partner, you also earn a higher affiliate commission than our standard.

Partner plan payments are billed annually only. If you want to create a separate account for a customer, you can choose monthly or annual payments.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JDC, Discover) or by direct debit. To start using direct debit, you must complete your first payment using iDEAL, Bancontact, or Sofort.

Certainly. You can find it in your account under 'Privacy & Security'. If a client wants their own customized processing agreement, this is also available with an Enterprise plan.

Definitely. You can add consent fields to your registration page to ensure that people are only subscribed to your mailing list with their explicit permission. We also give you the tools to perform and share data lookups.

Yes, if you host 6 webinars for the same client in a year, that customer will need to purchase their own WebinarGeek subscription. We do this to prevent abuse of the software and the affiliate program.

We want to keep the standard as high as possible for our exclusive partners. We regularly recommend partners to our customers who want to have their webinars professionally hosted by a third party. Through training, we want to guarantee our customers that our partners are doing this professionally.
